In line with the matters set forth in article 7, Regulation 1828/2006 of 8 December, the Managing Authority shall be responsible for organizing an important activity to launch the relevant Operational Programmes.
In Spain, the EDRF and Cohesion Fund Managing Authorities decided to organize an Event for the signing of the different Operational Programmes, which involved the participation of the European Commissioner (Ms. Danuta Hubner), the Secretary of State for the Inland Revenue and Budgets at the Spanish Ministry of Economy and the Inland Revenue (Mr. Carlos Ocaña) and the different people responsible from all the regional administrations. Launch Events of the various Operational Programmes mentioned in this chapter were also held for the Territorial Cooperation Programmes.
