Regional Integrated O. P.'s (IOP's)

Mid-term evaluations, carried out half-way through the programming period, are fundamental to assess the progress of the Programmes and, where appropriate, determine re-programming and modifications in the management procedures considered necessary. Mid-term evaluations are carried out by evaluation experts who are not attached to either the Public Administrations of Member States or to the European Commission. Community Support Frameworks and all Operational Programmes and SPDs in progress are evaluated.
