The EAGGF has two sections, the Guidance section and the Guarantee section. Within the context of the European policy on economic and social cohesion, the EAGGF supports rural development and the adjustment of agricultural structures. Areas in which the EAGGF is active: Investments in agricultural operations (modernisation, reduction of production costs, product quality, the environment.); Assistance and professional training for the installation of young farmers; Assistance for early retirement; Hedge assistance for disadvantaged areas; Agricultural Environment Measures; Transformation and marketing of agricultural products.
